Cascade Winter Sports Club's Summer Team Program is arguably the best option for training at Mt. Hood during the Summer months. Registration is open today, limited and will fill quickly!

Our Summer alpine program is designed to pair athletes with our incredible coaching staff to provide the most unique training opportunity on Mt. Hood.  Our goal is to advance the athletes current level of training to an more elite level and maximize their athletic potential.  This program covers all aspects of racing, training, conditioning as well as psychological training and mental preparation.  Our athletes will train on-snow from lift opening to noon each day on salted snow.
Our small group size allows for more training than other programs at Mt. Hood advancing athletes potential beyond what is possible in larger, commercial camps.

This season's training will begin June 13th and continue through July 29th.  Instead of our usual 7 day a week program as in years past we will be limited to a number of 6 day camps (3 GS, 3 SL) through July as Timberline will operate only through July unless we receive a large spring snowfall.

Lane space is very limited this year and our camps will fill fast. Camps are appropriate for U12 racers and older. Some U10's may be accepted with coach recommendation. Athletes will train together but will be separated by age. Space will be available for the first ten campers and additional racers will permitted to participate on a limited basis. Registration is open and a deposit must be paid in order to ensure your spot. Demand is high this season so registration will close quickly.

Camps will focus on getting back to basics with lots of freeskiing, gate training and focused drills. Our progression takes athletes from their comfort zone and exposes them to previously unknown limits. Steep "Off-Piste" skiing is incorporated into the daily training throughout June and into July. Hard snow and focus on-course training occur with salted lanes throughout the camp with sessions of off-hill exercise added in. Our camps offer small group sizes to allow for maximum learning and time-on-course.  Instant video analysis will help athletes make radical changes in their skiing.
